Evelyn withdrew and raised her hand as a cab came down the street. It stopped and she pulled open the backdoor. "Can you take us to Bowlmor?"
"The Bowling place?" the cabbie asked, as she scooted in to let James sit with his bag of gifts. She nodded and he typed it into his GPS.
"I went to this one place with Carrie, it's pretty much cosmic bowling meets nightclub city," she explained. "A lot of NYU kids hang there, since it's right near campus. We can probably even walk home if neither of us get drunk," she added impishly.
