Jake had heard Seth pounding on the door, just like Seth (minus the almost broken nose) he decided not go out.

Since Seth was in the hospital, Lola had called him and he invited her to the dorm and she slept over.

All the most of the night was spent of him catching her up on everything and her calling him an idiot and to ditch Evelyn because she didn't want him getting hurt.

All the While Jake slept on a make shift bed of his comforter on the floor, because apparently he was a blanket hog.

He sat up hearing his back crack, he streched and threw a pillow at the sleeping Lola.

"Wake up Lo." He yawned.

Lola stirred from her sleep sitting up in his bed, and she mumbled, "Give me a few."

He nodded standing up and opening the door to his room, he looked down at Seth and smiled sleepily, "Mornin crippled."

He walked out of his room closing the door, he went to the kitchen and saw the food Seth made.

"Oh Lo slept over, she can have my omlete I'll have cereal." He told Seth grabbing a bowl.

Seth shrugged, not caring as long as he didn't have to share his meal. He walked back to the kitchen, grabbed the eggs and toast and brought them out to the table. Lucifer emerged from his room as Seth dumped kibble onto the cat's feed dish.

Seth heaved a sigh - he had so many piled up chores to do. And his nose ached like a god damn bee was repeatedly stinging him over and over in the same freaking spot.

He started on his breakfast swiftly, wanting to save some of his weekend. He had to go to Zeke's house tomorrow, he remembered.

Lucifer caught sight of Jake and hissed a greeting before burying his face into his dish.

Jake shoveled cereal into his mouth, and sent a glare over to Lucifer returning to his breakfast.

Lola had pulled her hair into a ponytail and walked out of Jacob's room, yawning as she walked to the kitchen she nodded at Jake who nodded at back.

She stopped at Seth, she remembered reading his status the night before about his nose, she snorted, "Nice look Blondie." She walked over helping herself to the omelet she assumed was for Jake but he was too busy guzzling down his cereal.

Seth tuned Lola out, annoyed, and finished his omelet. Not really in the mood to stick around and listen to her irritating commentary, he got up, walked over to stash his plate in the sink and headed back to his room to collect his laundry, stepping around his cat. He was flinging shirts onto a growing pile on his bed when his phone buzzed a text. He paused, glanced at the message, set down his phone and then yelled over to Jake, "Hey, aren't the new roomies moving in today or something?"

Lola had finished eating and glanced down at her phone, as much as she would have loved to chat with Jake and Seth she had to get work, she bid Jacob a small farewell, and figured Seth probably didn't want to hear from her, so she made her way on out.

Jacob tossed his bowl into the sink, and went to stand in Seth's doorway, "I think so, I didn't check, but um my mother texted me and asked me to babysit my cousin for a few hours, do you know when they're supposed to coming,cause I don't."


He wondered who the heck their roommates were, it was kind of nice though just having this whole dorm to him and Seth, but I guess he heard that they were late transfers or something like that.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth shrugged as he dumped a pile of jeans on his bed. "Evening, I think." He smirked up at Jake. "You babysitting? I can see it now."

Jake laughed, he knew he wasn't exactly babysitting material, but his little cousin was actually rather entertaining, she always had a lot of stories to tell him, and she was a bit witty, "Yeah yeah I know I hear this all the time, but what can I say Marcella loves hanging around me." He smirked.

[Tiger-Lily]

"Poor kid," Seth replied. "You're the fast track to an early criminal career." He scooped up his laundry into a large laundry bag.

Lucifer approached Jake from behind while the boy leaned in the doorway. The cat sunk his two-inch fangs into Jake's left ankle to get him to move aside.

"Ahh!" Jake drew in a sharp breath, giving Lucifer a small kick in the rump as he walked into Seth's room, he really hated that damn cat, he hoped his roommates enjoyed being clawed everyday.

"Hey dude, you better hope Luce doesn't claw the hell out of our new roommates, otherwise they'll report him." Jake said shotting the cat another dirty look.

[Tiger-Lily]

"Oh, shit," Seth said, cringing. "I forgot we have to explain our situation to 'em...damn. If they don't get along with us, we're screwed. You can't bring Nova over then either."

He smirked. "Not that you do a lot. Red hogs him most of the time."

Jake scowled at Seth, he loved that dog and he was right, Evelyn did seem to hog Nova, but he did bitch about it a lot, he figured he could go get Nova and let Marcella play with him, "Oh right, well Nova isn't a problem, its your demon feline."

[Tiger-Lily]

"Please, I can hide Luce. Nova's harder," Seth replied, picking up his bag of laundry with some difficulty. He heaved it out into the living room past Jake and a hissing Lucifer, nudging the cat out of his way with a foot.

Lucifer mewed and darted aside as Seth walked past. The feline clawed Jake's leg because he was right next to it.

Seth glanced over at Jake. "You know, I've only done laundry once in my entire life before this...it didn't turn out so great." He pushed open the front door of the suite and headed out into the hallway. The dorm laundry room was in the basement.

Jacob cursed, and kicked the feline harder this time because he really lost all "feeling-bad-for-abusing-animals" nerve the minute he had to spend twenty-four, seven conditions with Lucifer.

He closed the door behind the stupid cat following Seth to the laundry room, "Laundry isn't too bad, then again I flooded the laundry room at my house once." Jake said thinking back to that day he spent cleaning bubbles, "My mom wasn't too happy but she said I had the setting right, just too much soap. Its just not that hard dude."

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth snorted, punching the button for the elevator. "Ya think? Last t8ime I did laundry, my neighbors were over. Their friend called them, said her damn ceiling was leaking and her perm was ruined or some shit. Apparently, I busted a pipe when I thought the machine jammed but I kept on stuffing it and it exploded somehow...we had to move out of our pent house." Seth snickered. The elevator didn't show any signs of turning up.

Jacob snorted, that does sound very Seth like, he would do something that stupid, then again he was the one to drown his clothes in detergent, some of his whites even turned blue because he forgot to separate some of his clothes the first time.

Jake realized that the elevator was being slower than its usual, molasses going downhill in the middle of January... (that was very Ryder of him)

"Dude you'd think this place would invest in a new elevator, its slow as hell." Jake voiced his complaint minus the Southern hospitality.

Seth wanted to stomp his foot for a second - or kick the damn shaft so it would hurry up.

He growled under his breath, scaring two girls as they walked past them.

Eventually the damn thing came. They got on and rode it down to the basement. "Oh," Seth said, pausing by a notice board along the way. He pointed at one. "I was talking to Alexis about this, or sort of."

It was a notice for a musical talent show in two weeks. Seth smirked. "Interested?"

Jacob read the flyer, talking about the musical talent show and laughed, "Yeah right, dude you know I can't sing." He read it again.

Looking at Seth, he said, "I didn't know she could sing either, she really going too?" Jake asked him since him and Alexis were close was beyond him.

[Tiger-Lily]

"She can't sing amazingly, but she knows her way around a guitar," Seth replied with a shrug. He grinned at Jake. "And I've heard you sing in Spanish, idiot. You can sing something sultry and win the female audience over."

Seth had made a point, although he sounded like he a dying cat when he sang in English, his Spanish singing was practically flawless.

He could totally pull an Enrique on all the girls, but he would have to think about it before signing up.

"Hmm sounds interesting, I could just Enrique the place up, add some spice to all the wannabe Kurt Cobains." Jake said, thinking about it a bit more.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth nodded. "It'd be something ot do, and you might as well take advantage of it. Plus, imagine all the ladies," he said, going on into the laundry room. He began loading up a machine with his whites.

Tiffany got up the next day at 10 am when her alarm started ringing. She slowly got herself out of bed and walked towards the bathroom. She was already late, but last night's travel fatigue hadn't worn off yet. But she couldn't waste a day trying to get the tiredness off, she didn't have enough time. She had places to go to and people to meet, and Evelyn was on the top of the list.

She put on a black short dress, and black and white striped jacket, along with her favourite boots.

She didn't bother having breakfast and decided to get starbucks along the way.

Down in the streets of Newyork, Tiffany walked the sidewalk, looking for a cab.

"Should call Evelyn and see if she's awake." she told herself.

She dialed the number hoping for a response.

Evelyn lifted her head, snapping out of her dosing when her phone rang. She grabbed it off the nightstand and rolled onto her back to answer, almost squishing the snoozing puppy beside her. "Hey, Tiffy. Where are ya?" she asked sleepily.

"I am on my way, Eve" she replied moving past the crowd of people on the sidewalk, "I'm just looking for a....TAXI"

A yellow cab made it's way towards Tiffany and she walked to the edge of the sidewalk, gracefully getting inside the car.

"I'll text you as soon as I get there, so you can get your fat ass out of bed" she told Evelyn, "Speaking of which, are you feeling any better?"

Evelyn didn't bother to tell her not to call her "Eve". With Tiffany, there was little time. "Yeah, a bit. I can't get too far before I have to sit down, unfortunately. But we can probably get dinner and stuff tonight if you want. And - "

Nova rolled over, snuffling sleepily. Evelyn held her phone toward him and he yipped softly. She put it back to her ear. "My puppy says, welcome to New York."

[AaezRaza]

"Aww, that's cute," she replied, "But please have him strapped to something when I get there. Dogs don't usually like me."

She watched as the driver looked into the rear view mirror every now and then, to glance at Tiffany.

"OhmyGod Evelyn," She whispered with a little giggle, "The cab driver is totally checking me out."
