Evelyn gritted her teeth and cleared her throat. She stomped over to her window and slammed it shut. Nova gave a happy bark.

Well, there's one relief, then. The guards hadn't even noticed the puppy amidst their eagerness to leave. Evelyn turned around and fixed Jake with a death glare. "Finally lost it? Did Lucifer paw your cranium one time too many? Oh, let me guess, knowing you, you hit the elevator doors and then collided with the stairwell door, and it finally cost you your remaining marbles."

Jake put Nova down on the ground and just smiled, patting Evelyn on the head, "Oh Red, I think my fine line that was keeping me in sanity in tact was snapped, when you turned my phone into a four year old arts and crafts project. I came here to get my memory card, and you think closing your window is gonna keep me from coming back? It was an unintentional slip of the plans, hand it to me and end this war other wise I'll just keep coming in through your window, and worse."

Evelyn's temper, already fraying with anxiety because the moron now aggravating her had been suicidal seconds ago, was near-shooting to exploding point. "Don't touch me," she said quietly, jerking her head away. She marched over to her door and stood beside it pointedly. "I'd love to see you try coming back again. I won't call the guards next time and then you can splat on the pavement. In fact, I'll shove you off that ledge myself. I'll send Lola a picture, I'm sure she'll enjoy it."

"Hey I'm very good at climbing ledges Red, if it wasn't for some rogue birds I would have made it in here no problem." Jake was standing near her in the door way and lowered his gaze to her, "I probably would have landed right on top of you, just like last time huh?" Jake lowered his voice.

It took her a moment to catch on. Evelyn's brain was still urging her to go back to bed.

But the second his words hit home, she felt ice freeze her insides. She opened her mouth, closed it and gritted her teeth, feeling her whole face redden.

This bastard is not getting to me! she thought furiously, and her eyes glittered warningly. "I think you should leave," was all she said, leaning back against the door more to keep a distance from him than because he intimidated her.

Nova waddled over to a chew toy near his pet bed and settled himself down.

Seth and the twins reached the fifth floor, breathless and covered in foam. "Let's wipe this shit off!" Seth exclaimed, ignore the looks the got from passer-by as they headed for their site.

Jacob backed off and straightened, "Hey give me what I want and I'll be out of here, it was obvious you had and destroyed my phone. I can replace that, but I have a lot of important stuff on that thing so just give it to me."

Antonio shook himself off, and accidentally got some shaving cream on a couple of girls, "Oops sorry ladies." He said sheepishly walking in step with Seth and Ashton.

"Man I didn't know dorm life would be this fun." Antonio chirped, so far he was enjoying the things they had done.

Seth threw him a disgruntled look as Lucifer squirmed in his arms. "Fun? What was fun about that, exactly?" he asked grouchily. He was going to throttle Jake when that idiot came back. He'd probably be back soon - the guards wouldn't have left him in a girls' suite, would they? Seth didn't know how this setup worked.

Evelyn realized she'd been holding her breath and managed to breathe again. She paused for a moment, recollecting where she'd put Jake's memory card. "Wait, I didn't destroy your phone!" she said, glaring up at him indignantly. "Superglue and that stuff comes off, didn't you know?"

Antonio slouched slightly, "I don't know I thought it was fun." He frowned mumbling quietly.

"Whatever it would have damaged my phone having to scrape that shit off it anyway, I'm getting a new one. I have my SIM card and I need the damn memory card." Jake said bluntly, he really wanted to leave.

Seth pushed open their suite door after unlocking it. "After you've lived here a while, it gets annoying trying not to get kicked out," he said with a rueful grin.

Evelyn was still trying to remember where she'd placed Jake's card. She'd taken it out of her bag in case she accidentally decided to change bags and forgot which one it was in. But she couldn't recall where she'd put it after that...

He was going to kill her.

She looked up at a clearly aggrieved Jake and decided to stall. "You don't need to scrape anything, connard. Nail polish wipes off! Didn't you know that?" she asked, forcing a grin. "I wasn't going to permanently trash a Blackberry, even if it was yours."

"Yeah well until it happens to me enough, its fun for me right now." Tony said walking in and heading into the bathroom first to wash the shaving cream off his face.

Jake shrugged how the hell was he supposed to know what nail polish does? "How am I supposed to know that? Besides it was getting old an excuse to get a new one." He cracked a grin.

Seth grimaced. He grabbed a tissue off the kitchen table and wiped his face with it, and then rinsed it off in the kitchen sink while Ashton used a handful of toilet paper and then shoved his brother aside to wash his face clean.

"Shouldn't Jake be back by now?" Ashton asked. Seth frowned as he opened the fridge to get out some bread. "Hope he didn't get busted," Ashton continued, coming out into the living area.

"Right," Evelyn said distractedly, going over to her night table and opening its top drawer. Not there. Crap.

She registered that she was still in her short tee and shorts and the long cardi didn't close up unless she kept it together with her hand. "Well, you know what, this has been fun and all, but uh, why don't you try nail polish remover on your phone first before blowing a few hundred bucks on it? I know your inner miser must be dying," she said cuttingly.

"Also, get out, where's your chivalry?" she added forcefully, turning away to fling open her closet.

"Dude what if he fell?" Tony frowned.

"Nah Seth said he could get me a new one free, so I just need my thing and I'll be on my way. And haven't you heard I have no class." Jake said plopping down on her bed and folding his arms and laying his head on her pillows.

Seth perked up at this. And then remembered that dying was probably not so much fun as the free-fall that preceded it. "Oh..."

There was a brief pause at Antonio's words.

"Check," Ashton said. Seth crossed to the living room window and peered out. No Jake.

"He's inside...somewhere."

Evelyn huffed irritably and turned around, stomping over to the bastard Spaniard. He is not lazing around on MY bed, God dammit. It wasn't some random guy's presence annoying her this time. No, it was more so that it happened to be Jake. Whom she had no plans to be around after Sunday's occurrence.

She glared down at him, seriously considering suffocating him with her pillow. How long would her sentence be? They'd learned this in law class. She could get Connor to represent her - that kid was actually good at mock trials.

Am I seriously considering killing this guy?! Evelyn was amazed for a moment and then she resumed glowering down at him. "I'll give it to you later. I have to go to class in a bit and I'd rather not leave you creeping around my room. Now leave. I've asked you enough times."

"He's probably wandering around or something.. or maybe security found him and is questioning him or something." Tony cringed, thinking about if he did get caught.

"Class huh? How about I come with you, I've always wanted to go to the law classes and seeing as I don't go to mine you can educate me and then we can come back here and you can find my memory card. No way am I letting you out of my sight now since, you Lisa Franked my phone." Jake said getting up, determined to make her life hell.

Evelyn gritted her teeth, seriously considering commiting the sin of taking an innocent life - wait, who was she kidding? Innocent life, my foot.

Her glare became murderous and she turned and walked calmly over to her closet, electing clothes at random. They had a mock trial that day and she wanted to look her part. Seeing as she was a a supposed accused, she had to try and dress the part of someone appealing to the judge's vain side. She bit her lip, musing, as she went through her clothes. "You're not going with me. I can ditch you easily enough."

Seth blew out a frustrated breath. That idiot didn't even have a phone on him anymore. "Well...let's just wait, I guess."

"Yeah great, he wakes me up on the one day I don't have class at the ass crack of dawn." Tony complained, going to plop himself somewhere.

Despite the fun they had, he really hoped any catastrophe were planned for later hours of the day. Preferably with sunlight.

"And I can find you easy enough." Jake smirked rising from her bed to stand in her doorway.

Evelyn decided, in light of the fact that her class was an hour away, that she didn't want to spend her time stuck alone inside with this psycho.

She stomped past him and into the bathroom, hurriedly got changed into a white tank and black shorts, pulling on a colorful layover tank on top, brushed her teeth and then rushed out to run a brush through her hair to tame it. She gritted her teeth, growing further annoyed every second he stood there. She threw on a couple of bangles, swiftly ran on eyeliner and grabbed her bag, tucking her slightly damaged phone into it as she went.

She felt a horrible jolt of deja vu as she readied herself, but she didn't catch on why.

Nova was a problem. Evelyn turned slowly to face Jake, her boots in her hand. "You should watch Nova. I can't take him to class with me." Her extremely frosty tone indicated she wasn't over their last fight and in no mood to play nice. If Jake wanted to tag along, he was going to recieve her bitchiest side yet.

Seth signed off his Facebook where he sat at the coffeetable, talking to Connor about a mock trial thing Connor was having in his class that day. He wasn't too sure if he was supposed to be against Evelyn or not - he hadn't been paying attention for once.

Seth figured if Connor was supposed to be on her side and showed up unprepared, the redhead would throttle him. If Connor was on the opposing side, she'd throttle him anyways. It was fun whichever way you looked at it and he felt like watching this.

He got up, figuring Connor would need a pick-me-up to deal with her - Jake certainly did - and grabbed a bottle of Patron from his cabinet, before dressing quickly and heading out.

"I'm off to class," he told the twins, grinning. It was only eight-thirty.

Patron at eight AM is probably a bad idea. Connor needed only a buzz. Seth needed to get trashed and racially offensive. TTHEN, the fun would begin.

Seth headed next door and knocked on the door.

Lucifer glared at the twins and then padded to Jake's open bedroom door, feeling hungry. He was looking for the dog treats Jake sometimes left lying out. He eyed the open window. Maybe out there? He could catch a juicy bird...

Connor pulled on his shirt and his pants, then his socks before hearing the door. He hopped on one foot over to the door while pulling on his other sock before putting his foot down after finally getting it on and opened the door. "THANK GOD, THE ALCOHOL!"

"Hey, I don't get that a lot," Seth said brightly, entering and strolling over to the couch with the bottle swinging shamelessly in his hands. "It's usually, "hello, good-looking", but I suppose "Alcohol" will do too. Grab a couple glasses. ANd we need some chaser; I ddin't bother to mix it yet. I figure straight tequila would be a bad idea this early."

Connor smirked and nodded, going to get a soda and two of his "drinking glasses."

"Dude, thank you so damn much." Connor said, shaking his head. "I've fucked this up-The ONE time I decide to not pay attention."

[Tiger-Lily]

"She'll string you up and butcher you like those dudes in slaughterhouses," Seth felt the need to inform him as he poured generous amounts of tequila into the rather large glasses. "She already hates you more than Alexis hates me - and given the shit that went down Saturday night, that's saying something." He now added soda to fill up the two glasses.

"...Dude- what the fuck happened on Saturday?" Connor asked, watching the glasses fill up.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth looked up at him, devilish grin etching a dimple in his cheek. "Usual. Drunken hookups. Well, YOU spent most of it passed out." He handed Connor a glass with more soda. "Don't get trashed, that's my job."

Jake looked back at Nova, who was busy chewing on Evelyn's slippers, Jake snickered then whistling. Nova's little ears perked up and he trotted over to his side, and Jacob picked him up holding onto him, "You know I'll take Nova, but don't mind I'll come crashing your class whether its with you or not." Jake smirked, thinking maybe he could go find Seth, if he remembered Connor had the same class as her, so he could always tag along with him.

"I'll get out of your hair babe." He said ruffling her hair and exiting out of her suite and going to his to drop off Nova and change into something else.

[Tiger-Lily]

Evelyn glared after him. She'd get Nova back later. At least Jake got out of her hair. Evelyn decided she'd rather head out now lest she ran into the boy wonder who was supposed to play her lawyer in today's class.

Come to think of it, she should probably go check Connor's notes, make sure he was prepared. He usually was though.

She grabbed her bag and headed out of her suite, angrily brushing back her hair with her hand. Damn him, he's not getting that card back. I haven't been lost in New York without learning how to throw off stalkers.

She locked the suite behind her and walked down to the elevators, retouching her lipgloss as she went. She pulled out a sheaf of notes she had on her "accused" character, reading them as she walked.

She had an hour to kill. She could kill it downstairs in the lounge, which was pleasently empty downstairs.
