Seth bought two hot dogs from a vendor and passed one to her. He continued walking, thinking he should go check on his roommate. He took a bite of his and swallowed, then said, "I think I should check up on Connor when we head back. Make sure he hasn't punched Terri's head off or something."

"'Terri's?" Alexis asked after swallowing her own bite. "Oh! Terrence.. how did a sweetheart like him get stuck with an ass of a cousin like mine?" Alexis made a face before pausing and grinned, glancing up at Seth. "Sooo, you gettin' cozy with Terrence?"

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth snorted. "Yep, we're gonna be BFF and all that gay crap. I asked him how to say "yo" in Asian first thing. He took it pretty well. But it was Connor's fault for making me look like an ass. He told me Terri was a...uh...Asian, Native, Hawaiian something kid. So either he has a messed up genealogy or his parents were in some severe three-way action." He nudged Alexis, wiggling his eyebrows.

"I don't know if I find that disgusting or hilarious." Alexis said sarcastically. "Terrence is Native. And he's bisexual so don't get to close, bud. You give that gay vibe off." She winked before taking another bite of her hotdog.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth gaped at her and then shrugged. Connor had lectured him on that enough. "Oh, please." Seht flexed his arm. "This is all manly, heterosexual man."

They approached campus and headed for the freshmen building.

Jake scratched behind his ear, and cringed hoping that Seth would take that as him itching and not his reaction towards how him and Evelyn had ended things on Sunday.

"Yeah we had a chance to talk, I mean not much else you could really do when you're stuck in a damn elevator. But yeah we talked, and went through shit and decided we should at least try and be civil. " Jake told Seth, as he tried very hard not to itch his eyeball.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth's eyes darted around them and instead of answering Jake, he muttered, "Don't do that. You look like a mutant werewolf thing." They headed down the street toward CVS.

"You know just for kicks I should steal a werewolf mask from CVS and walk around on fours and scratch and howl at people... actually it wouldn't be much different then what I normally do. Except this time I'd have a mask." Jake grinned broadly.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth turned to Jake and dodged a telephone pole. "I dare you, Salazar," he said, blue eyes twinkling. "TO wear it on campus too."

Jake snickered, "That would be so funny, hell I'll do it! While we're at it we should steal a leash, you can walk your pet wolf around campus and sic me on those frat boy morons."

Seth started laughing at the image. "YES!" he exclaimed excitedly, starting to walk faster and giving Jake a shove to make him veer around the pole and not INTO it. "Watch it, dude!"

They reached CVS soon enough.

James leaned against some random building, probably an apartment complex scanning people as they walked by trying to find someone, "So what was the dare again, just so I understand this. Propose to a dude?"

[Tiger-Lily]

"Make his girl think he's been cheating, basically, so not just like, running up ot a guy and proposing. Make it seem like you know him or something, ya know?" Luke asked, leaning against a streetlamp nearby with his arms crossed and a grin tugging at his mouth.

His eyes followed some girl walking by them and then flicked....to a huge, beefy guy walking with a grumpy looking woman by his side. THe guy wore a wifebeater with tattoos all the way down his arms.

He did not look friendly. He and the woman were bickering.

Luke grinned. "There. Them. Unless you can't handle it."

James looked to where Luke pointed and muffled a yelp. The guy was freaking huge!

No doubt he was probably on steroids! How in the hell was he gonna pull this off!? The guy didn't even remotely look like he could even possibly be gay not at all!

Leave it to Luke to pick The Hulk out of every freaking hipster they had seen walk by that looked like a gay guy. James really had to get Lucas back for this one now but he knew that now he couldn't back down.

James looked at the couple, and he could sort of hear them bickering about something. Not sure what though but he caught the guys name which would work if he was proposing to him.

His name was Duke, and Duke was a large man.

James cleared his throat and straightened a bit, he mussed his hair up a bit and let out a small breath. He sort of strutted like he had tended to see gay men do, and upon reaching Duke and his girlfriend James gasped, "Duke! Darling? There you are! I've been worried sick about you!" James threw his arms around the man giving him a tight squeeze.

"You had me so worried sick, when I called Alex last night and he told me that you weren't there. I sat up all night in bed wondering where you were!" James lisped, speaking effeminately. He finally looked at the girl standing next to Duke, James had stood up straight linking his arm through Duke's he widened blue eyes up at him.

"Duke baby, who is this?" James asked. Chills and shivers, and sickness racing through him. All he wanted to do was throw up but no way was he losing to Luke!

[Tiger-Lily]

Duke answered by grasping hold of James' shirt collar at the back, jerking him off himself and lifting him in the air. He put his ugly face very close to James', eyes narrowing dangerous and fist clenching. "Who the FUCK are you?!"

Duke's girl glared at Duke. "I'd love to know too!"

Luke's hand shook as he held his phone up, trying to capture every single second of this. This was priceless Youtube material.

James almost yelped again, but maintained his game face, instead he lowered his blue eyes to the guys giant hands and gasped, "Baby where's the ring!" James grabbed his hand, loosening his grip slightly so he could land back down on his feet. "I can't believe you're not wearing your ring! That was a promise, a vow of our love! We were gonna go to California, and get married and you tossed the ring for what? This girl! I can't believe you!" James yelled over dramatically.

"After all of our struggles and hardships! My father finally accepted you and what about Lily?! Huh?! What do you expect me to tell that poor Japanese girl we had our hearts set on adopting? She's not gonna have a family all because you had to cheat on me?!" James sniffled, trying to work up a few fake tears.

Damn he should have been an actor, he was even starting to believe himself.

"Duke listen baby." James grabbed his hand patting it, "I can forgive you because you know what I know you didn't lose the ring, and I know its because you didn't have a huge announcement like you wanted, but I love you Duke. I wanna spend the rest of my life with you, and our daughter Lily. So Duke." James got down on one knee and pulled out a fake ring he had gotten from one of those vending machines and slipped it onto Duke's thick fingers with some difficulty.

"Duke, marry me and make me the happiest man alive." James announced, people around them stopping and gasping. A few throwing disgusted looks and shaking their heads. Others smiling and encouraging Duke to say yes to James' proposal.

[Tiger-Lily]

Duke eyes darkened. His fist pulled back out of James' hand and he swung at the brunet's head with a roar of rage. "You little son of a bitch -!"

"Houston, we got a problem," Luke murmured from his hiding spot, still recording happily.

"Meep!" James yelped rolling out of the guys range of fire and watching stumble forward.

James got up and dusted himself off quickly, and scoffed down at Duke, "A simple no would have sufficed Duke. Goodbye then, its over!" James turned on his heel and walked away proudly before getting to Luke.

"Ground control this is the Phoenix, with this important message: RUN BITCH!" James yelled frantically taking off down the street.

[Tiger-Lily]

Luke glanced back, saw Duke hone in on him and James, saw the rage in the guy's eyes, and broke into a run after James.

"He's gonna kill uuuus!" Luke hollered, tearing down the road.

James shoved past people, and darted down the street looking back at the Duke guy who was steadily chasing them, he skid to a halt and rounded the corner quickly yanking Luke with him

"This... is...YOUR FAULT!" James yelled between breaths, running for his life.

[Tiger-Lily]

"You laid it on too thick!" Luke stumbled behind James, almost crashing into a woman with a briefcase. She squealed and ducked sideways as they charged past her. Then Luke heard her squeal again and looking back, realized Duke had accidentally tackled her.

He got up and hurried after the boys again, not bothering to apologize, murder in his eyes. Luke swallowed and ran faster.

"STROLLER!" he warned James, eyes landing on the baby gurgling in its stroller that rounded the corner smack bang in front of them. Luke steeled his nerves, not having time to slow down, and simply leaped over the stroller, the baby's eyes following him from below. The mom pushing the stroller screamed.

"Shit!" James yelled, barely missing the damn stroller as he reared himself around it and stumbling a bit he crashed straight into Lucas with a grunt.

[Tiger-Lily]

Luke wobbled, grabbed a telephone pole and nearly fell onto the road in the path of an oncoming sedan.

The sedan driver leaned on his horn and flipped him off angrily. Luke swore and straightened up. "I think we lost your ex-fiance'," he said, looking behind him. Clearly, Duke had decided they weren't worth his while.

James came to a skidding halt, and grabbed onto the telephone pole to stable himself and catch his breath, "Thank... god." He sighed in relief, taking in a few deep breaths to settle his racing heart and breathe like a normal person again.

"I still blame you, so no what?" James asked. He wasn't sure if he had technically accomplished the dare, but he figured he got pretty damn far!

"Its my turn." James smirked up at Luke patting him on the shoulder.
