Seth grinned and nudged Alexis with his foot. He slid down to sit against the wall beside her as he talked to James. "Yo, homeskillet, wazzup, dawg? Come hang wit' us. You're a big man now, you ain't got time fo' us lil' peeps? Fo' shame, yo!"

He stuck his leg out and placed it over Alexis' stomach like a footrest. He glanced over at Connor, whose head was still stuck out the window. What exactly was that stupid Spaniard doing? He was holding hands with the redhead.

"I found Red's cell, braah," Seth informed James. "She's busy gettin' it on with Jakey while Connor falls out the damn window."

Evelyn wasn't drunk enough not to redden, and her face flushed. She flashed Jake a slightly intoxicated smile. "Please, Salazar, if I wanted to make myself sick, I'd listen to your drunken monologues. I'd rather not touch you." She wriggled her hand, trying to break free.

Alexis shoved Seth's feet off her stomach, hiccuping quietly. "Twinkle twinkle..."

Connor started to cry for some unknown reason of his sudden fear of lightning and slipped down out the window more. "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!"

Since when was Seth a clone of Snoop Dogg? James was a bit disturbed by this, but also amused at the same time. Seth clearly sounded intoxicated, and Evelyn must have been too because there would have been no way she would have let him within an inch of her phone.

Although he really didn't need to know that Jake, and Evelyn were making out that he could have went without.

"Wow...um... Seth I don't know what to say, um... where are you?" James said biting his lip to keep from laughing.

Jacob removed Evelyn's hand from his pocket hearing Connor's cry for help, and he held both her hands in his and stared her seriously in the eyes, "In case I don't make it back alive." He hiccuped.

"Here's something to remember me by chicka." He dipped her back, resting his hand on the small of her back, and planted a passionate kiss onto her lips.

Seth grinned drunkenly. "Red's! Come over, man. We got patron on the rocks and we ready for some shots." He hiccuped, glanced up at Connor disinterestedly and snickered. "Yo, I was kidding about Jakey but he decided to take me literally. CONNOR'S GONNA DIE, YOU LOW-RENT ENRIQUE! Get it on later, dammit!" he hollered at Jake.

"So come over," he said to James, voice back to a normal decibel-level.

Evelyn blinked, completely off-guard and not really realizing the consequences of what she was doing. Or rather, what Jake was doing. She slung her arms around his neck and kissed him back for a moment before pulling away to look seriously up at him. "Can we shove Connor out the window first?"

Jake pulled away briefly, he looked back at Connor who was slipping out the window and as funny as it would have been to push him out he knew Alexis would come back and break another pool stick over his head. So Jake went back and wrapped his arms around Connor yanking him in, and watching him fall on his back for what seemed like millionth time.

Jacob returned to Evelyn and said, "Where were we..." He pulled her in closely and started kissing her again.

James snorted, it sure sounded really chaotic over there, although he was a bit skeptical about going back since Evelyn was obviously with them, although getting drunk would probably help him ease up, and he didn't exactly have to hang out with Evelyn he could just chum around with Seth and the rest of them.

What was he doing anyway? What person in New York City sits in their apartment, alone on a Saturday night? He figured he needed to have fun, and Seth was somewhat of a friend. It didn't matter if she was there, because he deserved to have as much fun as the next drunken idiot.

"Alright fine, you've convinced me, I'll come over." James smiled, getting up off the couch to grab his leather jacket, since it had started to rain.

Seth started raucously laughing at Connor's misfortune while still on the phone. He got up and crawled/walked to where Connor lay to smirk down at him. He held the phone near Connor. "Say hi to James!"

At this, Evelyn, who had miraculously forgotten she hated Jake's guts, pulled away from him to look at Seth with wide, blurry green eyes. "You-you're ta-talking to hi-him?" she stuttered drunkenly. Even then, Seth could tell she was probably panicking. Not that he particularly cared. More people = more fun.

Evelyn leaned against Jake for support and glared at the blond over his shoulder. "I want my phone!" She felt suddenly lightheaded and closed her eyes, burying her face in the Spaniard's shoulder. God damn alcohol.

James laughed, "Um hey Connor, um Seth if you're there I'm leaving."

"Shhhh its fine, its just a phone, actually it kind of looks like a chocolate bar." Jake said not really sure what he was saying, but he hugged her tightly.

"Don't worry, the worst thing that might happen is Seth will eat it!"

Seth overheard this because the stereo was now playing Hero and the room was actually kind of silent. He glanced up at Jake, frowning. "I don't eat metal. I eat brains!"

Evelyn found this strangely humorous and she giggled extremely uncharacteristically before tilting her face up to look at Jake. "I'm still mad at you." She couldn't exactly remember why. Probably because he was Jake. She bit her lip, tasting the alcohol he'd left after their drunk kissing.

Jake wasn't really listening to Evelyn, instead his drunken brain was trying to do English to Spanish translations, all while swaying back and forth with Evelyn in a drunken slow dance, he whispered, Quiero ser tu héroe... Si pudiera ser tu héroe. Si pudiera ser tu Dios,que salvarte a ti mil veces puede ser mi salvación..."

"You're butchering it!" Evelyn informed him, wiggling like an eel to break his grip. She paused suddenly, staring at Jake dazedly, then whispered, "James sings better than you."

Seth was back on the phone. "Oh, yo, we got us some hoes here too. I'mma fetch them for you. Jake's got yo gal." He glanced at Jake and Evelyn to ensure this was correct.

James raised his eyebrow, not really sure whether or not he should leave. He really didn't want to show up there and see Evelyn in some drunken tonsil hockey with the bastard.

Maybe going over there wasn't a good idea, it would probably just weird him out or make him kill Jake, "Umm maybe I should come over some other time Seth, you sound like you've got your hands full." James said trying to keep a straight face as he said that, but he got a real weird mental image of Seth with his arm around some hoe.

Jake let go of Evelyn, and just flipped her off, "Yeah that's not what you said awhile ago. Whateverrr bitchhhh, on to the next one!" Jake said going to jump on the couch to wake the twins, "AYYYYY WAKEE DA FUCK UP!"

Antonio woke out of his drunken slumber, freaking out at the jumping Spainard and rolled off the couch onto the floor, "WHOA!" He yelled, he got up and shoved Jake, and watched him fly behind the couch and land on Ashton.

Evelyn, not drunk enough yet to completely forget her earlier mission, immediately dove over to where Jake lay sprawled on a groaning Ashton. She wasted no time, yanking Jake's phone out of his back pocket and then scrambling up dazedly to make an off-balance run for it around the corner to her room.

"GERROF!" Ashton snapped, feeling like he really needed to barf. Jake had hit his stomach.

Seth looked up at this chaos. "Nah, nah, James!" he cried. "You gotta join in. Red just pissed off Jake and he went flying over the couch somehow. And everyone's like lying dead o'er here. It's like a scene outta Modern Warfare!""

Connor had passed out- AGAIN- when his head made contact with the floor, still only in a bra, boxers and his socks, drenched from the waist up however.

Alexis had went back to her room, stumbling before collapsing into her bed.

James tried picturing this and started laughing, this time he couldn't control. It really did sound like mass chaos there so he shook his head, "Okay, okay Seth. I'll come don't... never mind you probably already have done something you shouldn't have."



Jake hearing this would usually, have had a slower reaction when drunk but decided that he did not want to get covered in vomit...yet, it was still too early in the night for that.

Although now he had to catch Evelyn who had ran off with his BlackBerry, so he rounded the corner of the couch and saw her disappear around the corner, he ran more like staggered crazily around the dorm and found her tackling her down to the floor, "NOT SO FAST BEACH!"

Seth kicked Antonio to get his attention. "We got people coming! Go get them hoes!"

Ashton sat up, looking green. "YEA - hick!" He began to hiccup violently.

"'Right bro!" Seth chirped to James, and then tried to figure out how to hang up a call on an iPhone. He handed it to Antonio. "How the fuck do you work this shit?"

Ashton got up and walked out of the suite to go "get them hoes". He threw up in front of someone's doorway but the hallway was silent now so it didn't matter.

Evelyn squeaked when a very heavy, very wet weight slammed her to the ground.

"Get off!" She pulled her elbow back, slamming it in Jake's ribcage and attempted to roll out from under his crushing weight. She held the phone under her so he couldn't get at it, and then grinned deviously and dropped it down the front of her drenched romper dress, which unfortunately stuck to her skin like glue now. She pulled out her Amor necklace and let it rest over the slight bulge to hide it. "I dropped it somewhere," she yelped, trying to elbow the lanky Spaniard off her.

Seth, meanwhile, had left Evelyn's phone with Antonio to wander around the suite. He stepped past Jake and Evelyn's tangle to head for where he'd seen Alexis go, figuring he'd have some fun with her until Ashton came back.

She was passed out on her bed, bedroom door slightly ajar. Damn, that's no fun.

Seth glanced around and then headed into the bathroom next door, grabbing a roll of toilet paper and proceeding to unravel the whole thing and wet its end. He tore off the wet strip and went back to Alexis' room, draping it around her head - this was harder than it looked because his hands were now clumsy, he could see jackshit and the paper kept tearing easily. The next strip he wet went around her ankles. He went to and fro from the bathroom to the sleeping brunette and soon had a very mummified girl fast asleep under wet toilet paper.

James shook his head laughing, hanging up his phone, he walked out of the door sending a text to Luke, Went out, got invited to party w/ Seth at dorms. Be home later.

Antonio had Evelyn's phone looking at it confused as to what its function was although the call had ended, and he was busy drunkenly sliding his fingers all over the screen, he turned the camera on and kept hearing the click noise as he took a few pictures of the floor.

He turned the phone, over and snapped pictures of his eye and his mouth, not really sure how to fix this, "Fuck thank god... I don't have an Apple, its like .... so shiny and how do you use this?!"


"LIAR!! YOU FILTHY FLITHY LIA!" Jake shouted, hiccuping. He figured she wasn't going to tell him what she did with his phone so he decided to do the only rational thing to get her to tell him.

He tickled her.

Seth wandered drunkenly out of Alexis' room, staggered around Evelyn and Jake and flung open the front door to holler at the puking Ashton to hurry the hell up.

He then walked to where Antonio sat and grabbed the phone from him. "Lez call sum'on!" He dropped onto the couch and scrawled through Evelyn's contact list.

Evelyn yelped and burst into inebriated giggles, swatting Jake's hands off (before he found the damn phone). She rolled over onto her side to choke out, "I di-did! I drop-" she giggled again, "-dropped it when I ra-ra...Stop!" She wrapped her arms around herself to give him the least minimal area to tickle her.

Antonio decided to just sit on the floor since the couch had somehow become a dangerous place to sit, he looked up at Seth and asked, "Who we gonna callll? GHOSTBUSTERS!" He said humming the theme song.


"YOU LIEEEE! Just gimmiee it and I'll stop de ticklin!" Jake said, as he moved his hands up onto her stomach and began tickling her some more.

James had crossed campus, he was quite surprised that he decided to even come out so late, but whatever he needed a night away from his damned apartment he was starting to get cabin fever.

As James approached, a guard had kindly informed him that he wasn't allowed to enter unless someone that lived in the dorms was with him after eleven or so, whatever time the guard had said. So James was pretty much stranded outside for the time being and knowing how loud it was inside he figured no one would hear him if he called.

He figured he'd try anyway, so he pulled out his phone and knowing Seth he knew he'd still have Evelyn's phone, because lets face it. He didn't see him returning it to her anytime soon.

James dialed Evelyn's number, and listened to it ring.

Ashton finally returned with the "hoes" and they tripped and stumbled all the way to the girls' dorm room.

Seth was still blinking confusedly at the phone with Antonio when it...rang.

"Oh mah sweet fizzin' Christ! Who be this?!" Seth exclaimed, almost dropping the phone. He hit the Answer touch button. It went to speaker accidentally. "I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE!" the drunk blond hollered into the phone.

Ashton opened the door then, traipsing into the room with five girls behind him. He made a peace sign with both hands. "I be da man, yo!"

Evelyn grabbed Jake's nearest hand and held onto it with her drunkenly strong grip. She smiled up at him through her hazy vision. "Cease fire, asshat!" she slurred.

James held the phone away from his ear for the third time tonight, as Seth shouted into his ear, "Seth! I'm outside, you need to come downstairs and let me in!" He yelled.

Jake tried to wriggle his hand free, but was too lazy to do so, so he settled with licking Evelyn's arm, so she'd let him go.

Evelyn blinked up at the Spaniard, a bit thrown off by this somewhat animalistic trick. "I don't taste very good,"" she said, hiccuping at the end. She kept her grip for fear he'd start tickling her again, and moved her other hand from under her to hold onto his other wrist.

"I'M COMING, BROTHERIAN!!!" Seth quoted the knocked-out Connor as he threw the phone at Antonio's face - without hanging up because he hadn't gotten to that level of functionality yet.

He leaped off the couch, limped around Jake and Evelyn and tore out into the hallway to the elevator.

He got downstairs (after impatiently moonwalking in the elevator) and began waving madly at James like he hadn't seen him in years.

"Yo, come on uuuuppp!!!" He pulled open the front door and grabbed the brunet's arm, yanking him to the waiting elevator. "You's missin' out, for shame, dawg!"

Antonio grunted as the phone impacted his left eye, he got mad kicking the phone under the table, he got up stumbling towards the freezer and opening it, he couldn't find the ice pack so he settled with taking an ice cube and putting it over his eye.

James yelped, his arm practically came out of his socket as Seth dragged him into the elevator, he was wondering why Seth was still talking like he was an extra in a Lil Wayne video but it was obvious he was clearly drunk.

So he laughed, "Hey dude, yeah I guess I am... you sure seem like you're having fun."

Jacob decided this fight wasn't really worth it at the moment, so he just gave up and went all limp on Evelyn's stomach, giving up. No matter how much she denied it, he knew that she had his phone, so he figured he'd just crush her for awhile.

Ashton flashed a smile at the blond sitting next to him on the couch. She somehow managed to ease herself onto his lap without his actually doing anything. Whatever, he thought. Not like he'd remember this in the morning. He let her stick her tongue down his throat.

The four other girls were now split up. Two went for Antonio in the kitchen, one was trying to wake up Connor and the last was clearly trying to figure out where to get a drink.

Seth was now bouncing impatiently on the balls of his feet next to James in the elevator. "Yo, guess what, guess what, I TP'd Sexi Lexi! She was asleep too! You wanna see?!" he asked.

Evelyn found it really kind of hard to breathe. She glanced over her shoulder at the other end of the hall to the kitchen, where Antonio was rubbing ice over his eye.

Hey, he's a cutie. And much nicer! She glared at the Spaniard on top of her and slid herself out from under him carefully, a hand over her Amor necklace to keep his phone up there. She was kind of mad at Jake anyways. Who knew why, but she was.

She sat up, and Jake's head smacked to the floor. Evelyn cringed and then giggled impishly.

Jake groaned as he face planted onto the floor, but he really didn't feel like moving at all, he suddenly felt tired so he'd figured he stay here for a minute before getting his second wind and going after his phone again.

"Aww how did you hurt your eye?" One of the girls asked Tony, who was soaking it with an ice cube.

Tony sniffed loudly, "I'm in a gang, some guy tried to shank me, but I beat his ass." He bragged.

James could only imagine how Alexis looked, and taking it that they were all drunk she probably hadn't even done anything about it yet, he laughed out loud all while watching Seth bounce around the elevator like a kid who had too much sugar, "Hey dude calm down, the last thing I need is for this damn elevator to come crashing down. Plus the last thing I see before I die is not gonna be your hair."

Evelyn scrambled to her feet. Who knew when Jake would come after her with a vengeance again? She held onto the wall to balance herself and headed down the hall, debating between Antonio and a safe place to examine Jake's phone. She grinned and continued on past the kitchen to her room. She opened the door, left it ajar for a sec, and sat down on her bed - almost sprawling onto it. She tugged the phone out of her shirt, poked at the gadget and found out it had a password lock.

She tried "Nova" first. Didn't work.

She tried "Snoop Dog" and then "Pie". That didn't work either. Evelyn then went through a few random Spanish words off the top of her head.

Damn that bastard. She was too drunk for this. She stuck the phone back in her romper for safety - the one place she knew he'd never find it - and toppled sideways onto her bed, feeling nauseous. She'd never been able to hold her liquor well - the only other time she'd ever been a bit drunk was at the Masquerade Ball and she'd hated it.

Seth and James finally reached the fifth floor and Seth led the way down to his suite. "I ran outta patron, dawg, yo gal and Lexie drank it all."

He went to his room and opened the bookcase/liquor cabinet. He pulled out the bottle of Everclear, with just a bit left, dumped it into a jug in the kitchen, added Koolaid and a bit of patron from a bottle Jake had and then grinned at James. "Let's go!" He headed back out to the girls' suite.
