Jacob couldn't believe what he heard! Basically Seth sat here harassing him and Evelyn to the sky and beyond because he was worried? Then again he didn't blame him, he knew his friends were looking out for him and most people would have let him just fall flat on his face, which he was afraid was already happening.

He knew he shouldn't get attached to Evelyn, that he shouldn't form any feelings for her because he knew that she was in a weird place with all her feelings and crap and he was no better off than she was. He was kind of glad that Seth did this but at the same time it was kind of like he did it for nothing because Jake ruined whatever him and Evelyn had going on by freaking kissing her.

Maybe it was best he just stay away, for real this time. Just avoid her altogether and just go on with his life and just go out with the guys and get back into his old ways.

There was a reason he didn't do relationships, and he wasn't about to get himself mixed up in a weird ass love triangle with Evelyn and James, he was out. For good.

Jake sighed, attempting to write with his left hand but things just came out in weird scratches, so he opted to just typing his notes out on his laptop instead, "Listen Seth..." He said looking up from the screen. "Although you were a dick in how you handled this, I know its cause you were looking out for me, so ... thanks."

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth, feeling like there was enough drama done to last him a few lifetimes, simply said, "Yeah, yeah. So anyways, I need to get my wallet back. I know she won't give it back if I ask. She probably wants me to grovel on my knees for it. Ideas?"

Jake laughed, leave it for Seth to brush off stupid friend moments but whatever its why he liked having him around. He pondered how they were going to get his wallet back from Alexis, "Dude I have no clue, we'll probably have to crawl through the heating vents just to get that back... or come down from the ceiling all like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible."

Jake's face lit up at that idea, "Dude can we do that! That sounds like fun."

[Tiger-Lily]

"We won't fit," Seth countered. "We can use the ledge again. Find out when Alexis has class, maybe, get in through her window..."

Jake snorted, flipping a page in his book, "Good luck with that. You think after we broke in the first time that they keep their windows unlocked?"

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth sat up, staring meaningfully at Jake. "We need inside help."

"How do you expect to get that? They both hate us with a fiery burning passion?" Jake asked his friend.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure?" He smirked. "We could just wait for one of them to leave a window open but God knows how long that will take. And don't you want to see if they have your phone?"

Jake pouted, "I want my phone back man, seriously if they have it I will kill them! Plus how do you know they're not taking our shit with them, they're smarter than you think Seth, they know we'd want our stuff back."

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth heaved a sigh and dropped his head down on his arms. "For people who hate us, they sure don't seem to want to get rid of us. Man, I never get girls. But I want my wallet!"

"No fucking kidding! Dude I NEED my phone back! Damn girls!" Jake whined chilidishly.

Jake groaned why did these damn females who hated them so much take stuff from them to ensue them having to interact with them anymore then they had.

Jake crumpled up a piece of paper and threw it at Seth, "Think of something! You're the brains of the operation."

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth scowled. "Um, no! I just give crazy ideas. You do delicate planning! I dunno, can you con Red into letting us in? Or...oh! Maybe you could distract her and Lex and I could sneak into Alexis' room...."

[Guest]

Jake rolled his eyes and groaned, "Dude Red hates me! No way is she gonna listen to me, unless we...wait a minute! Seth!" Jake smiled and realized that this could work.

"What if we get the twins to distract the she-bitches, and we can sneak into their dorms?" Jake suggested.

[Tiger-Lily]

"Excellent! I remember Tony mentioning something about Red. That might just work..." Seth frowned and got up, stretching. "But let's talk to them tomorrow. I'm beat."

He headed out of Jake's room and to his own.

"Fucker," he swore, when he realized his laundry was drying all over his bed. Seth fumed a bit but then had to laugh at Jake's petty revenge technique. He shoved his laundry off the bed and then tried calling the bank again. This time, he got through.

"Yeah, I'd like to report a stolen credit card..." He pulled he sheets off his bed and went to his closet to get new ones. When that was done, he canceled his remaining credit cards too, ordered new ones and then flopped down on his bed sleepily.

Jake let Seth go to bed, and heard him shout when he got in there probably because he had found his clothes. Jake decided though Seth had a good idea, not that he was too concerned about someone hacking into his phone it only unlocked when people called other than that no one could really get on it unless they have a password.

Still he decided he'd call T Mobile and have them disconnect his line for the time being until he got it back, he went and grabbed the dorm phone and was put on a hold for a few minutes, "Hi yeah... I wanna report a lost phone. Yeah can you just cut off service until I get it back, if I don't find it in the next few days I'll order a new one."

After Jake gave all his information to the man at the cell phone store he hung up, and went back to his room to go finish his homework. Since he had slept about fifteen hours he would be fine to stay up the rest of the night.

Jake yawned coming back from class, he had stayed up the previous night until about five in the morning to finish all his homework and catch up. He needed to be on top of that more, and right now he was caught up but he couldn't slip anymore, or else he'd lose his grant from the city.

He unlocked the door to the suite and walked in dropping his back pack down by the door and closing it behind him, he was sure Seth told him he either had class later or... didn't have class? He didn't know but his door was closed so it meant he had to be there.

"Seth!" Jake yelled knocking on his door.

[Tiger-Lily]

"I'm up," Seth replied, yanking his headphones down over his neck. Today was a lazy day in his opinion. He'd thrown on a white undershirt, a loose, gray, long-sleeved shirt, sleeves rolled up to expose white sleeves underneath, and dark jeans that his mother often threatened to throw out for their less-than-stellar state.

He unplugged his headphones from his laptop and got up to let Jake in, allowing the door to swing shut and auto-lock itself as he went back to his desk chair. He swiveled in it to face Jake. "'Sup? You have killer eye bags, did you know? They make you look about eighty. Real attractive."

Lucifer, who was sprawled in his cat bed in the corner, perked his head up and then down again when he saw that the door had shut.

"Pick up," Evelyn muttered, dodging a woman with a wailing baby in her arms as she crossed the quad to the dorm building. She figured she'd get hold of Ashlee - clearly, they needed a long overdue chat - and Ashlee's class must have ended by now.

Dressed in a ruffled blouse and black linen shorts under a long brown cardi with gladiator sandals, wavy hair in a high ponytail, Evelyn took the elevator up just as the call went through. She tugged her multicolored bag up over her shoulder, Jake's phone securely in an inner pocket. She'd noticed that the phone had lost service that morning...

Idiot. Now he can't even call it to see where it is.

Not her problem.

She heard someone pick up on the other end. "Hey Ash, are you free to hang right now? Need to talk to you."

Ashlee saw Evelyn calling her as she got out of her math class, she waved goodbye to her Asian posse and answered the phone, "Hey girl, yeah I'm free to hang out, just got out of class."

She opened her messenger bag to shove her books inside of them, and pushed her fake glasses up against her nose, "You at the dorms or something, do you want me to meet you or what?"

Jake just narrowed his eyes at Seth and flipped him off, "Shut up dude I was so behind, I was up until like five and my class was at eight and I fell asleep at like freaking seven." Jake sat on the edge of Seth's bed yawning.

"What's up?" He asked.

[Tiger-Lily]

"Yeah, you wanna come over? I have to go to work at four but we have four hours to kill. I think Alexis is out." She walked out of the lift and down the hallway.

Seth raised an eyebrow at Jake, turning back to his laptop. "Updating my playlist. Did you talk to the twins yet?"

"Yeah sure I'm actually near the dorms, hold on... I just walked in..." Ashlee said entering the lobby when a security guard stopped her asking if she had ID or something if she lived here.

"Excuse me miss, are you a resident here?" The guard asked.

"Um no, I'm visiting my friend she lives in the dorm, I go to school here though." Ashlee informed the burly looking security guard.

"Sorry miss, but your friend needs to come down here and let you in." The guard informed her.

Ashlee rolled her eyes and spoke to Evelyn, "Hey Ev could you come down here and get me, Precious here won't let me up into the dorms."

The security guard shot Ashlee a dirty glare, and Ashlee just stuck her tongue out at him, "Yeah hurry up, I think I've upset him and he looks like he wants to eat me.

Jake shook his head, "No, well I talked to Tony for a second before he left and he said him and Ash should be coming back around this time or something, so I told him I'd just talk to him then. " He informed Seth.

[Tiger-Lily]

"Will Tony want to do this though?" Seth asked, frowning as he fiddled with the headphones around his neck. He glanced at Jake again. "Considering that spectacular scene you made on Saturday. He thinks Red's a cheating skank."

Evelyn stifled a laugh and retraced her steps back to the elevator, catching it before it left. "Don't get killed. I'll be right down."

She reached the lobby (after an excruciatingly long time) and walked over to open the doors for Ashlee, ginning when she saw the disgruntled security guard. "Hey, Ash!"

"Who knows, I mean he told me he was a bit confused by the whole situation so he doesn't really know but that's why he said he'd talk to me when he got back cause he was running late. Anyway I was gonna head down to the lounge to kill some time until they got back, wanna come with?" Jake suggested to Seth as he got up, stifling another yawn.

Thank god he didn't have work today.... or maybe he did. Oh well.

"See told ya!" She said making a face at the security guard who just rolled his eyes at her and let her into the building. Ashlee walked over to her friend and gave her a hug.

"Hey Ev, you look cute! So what's so important that I had to wait out there with Nacho Libre for you to tell me?" Ashlee asked her, fixing the strap on her bag.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth nodded, plugging his headphones into his iPod instead, as he got up and followed Jake out, carefully closing his dorm room door so Lucifer wouldn't eat Nova behind their backs. He had grabbed his fingerless gloves in case they went for pool. The stupid cue always slipped in his grip.

He and Jake headed for the elevators, Seth pulling on his gloves. "I can tell why he'd be confused." He glanced up at the noticeboard nearby. "We need to do something fun this weekend, guy."

Evelyn led Ashlee toward the lounge (partly because she couldn't bear to wait for the elevator and because she was bored upstairs). "Um...some of it has to do with James," she said bluntly, but flashed a smile to reassure Ashlee it wasn't bad news. She headed over to the couch where she and Alexis had hung out a couple weeks ago, taking a seat. She grinned at Ashlee's Hello Kitty shirt. "You look adorable, by the way. What's with the glasses, though?"

"Yes, yes we do! So sick of all this drama these last couple of weeks, I need to have for real fun, but I have no clue what's going on besides that talent show that's happening next week." Jake said watching the numbers light up on the elevator as they both waited for it.

Ashlee snorted, remembering her conversation with Luke as she sat down, "Oh well see my math class is full of all these super genius Asian kids, and I decided to fit in with them, mostly so they'd help me with my math homework so I figured I get an outfit as an homage to my new friends." She said taking off the black rimmed glasses and shoving them in her bag.

She crossed her boot clad leg and looked at Evelyn, "But on to more serious matters you talked to James, how did that go?" She asked a bit anxious to know since she had pretty much convinced James to talk to her,but she figured she'd keep that to herself.

[Tiger-Lily]

Seth frowned. Then he grinned. "You wanna race? It's been a while. I'm getting bored of the go out-get-trashed crap."

The elevator was taking its sweet time.

Evelyn's smile faded a bit. She shifted and placed her bag on the table in front of her. "Um...we talked last night. Um, basically, it was just us kind of apologizing for all the shit we said or did. I told him that I didn't think we'd work out because...because he kind of didn't treat me like I was human. He had me up on this pedestal, and he never really realized it. Hell, even I didn't realize it until I cataloged the difference between how Jake treats me and how James does. You remember that kid Sam? The one Tiff was all "I have pepper spray" to? He was into me because of what he thought I was, kind of a pretty trinket. James..I don't know if James ever really knew me at all. He knew what my temper was like, he knew how to work his charm right, but he didn't know the human me. I don't know if that makes any sense but...basically, he admitted that he did and he was sorry. He was actually genuinely being his nice self, for a change. I haven't really seen that since Ash Creek."

She paused and her stomach knotted. "We decided we'd try this friends thing. We can hang with you and Lucas. So it'll be easier on us."

[Guest]

"YES!! Dude! I miss racing so much, its been too damn long! I miss my car. We need to go racing." Jake talked excitedly, he loved racing his Mustang through the crowded streets of New York, and right now its been neglected since he was at school.

Ashlee sighed a huge relief in her mind to know that they actually talked to each other without killing each other, "Well that's good to hear Ev, I really hope you two can be friends. I know it will take time, and you guys can always hang out with me and Luke it will make things less awkward of course, but I'm really glad to hear you guys trying to work it out."

Ashlee pushed a piece of hair out of her face, "Cause lets be honest, I gave up on the dream of you two getting married awhile ago,but all of us just being friends and just cool around each other would be so nice, like how it was back home.
